1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- Damaged or Defective Products – If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with proof (photos/videos). Replacement of the product will be done in 2 to 4 business working days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized/personalized mehendi products.
- Perishable items (if applicable).
4. Refund Process

- Refunds will be Procssed and credited with in 5-7 buisness days in original payment method
- No cash refunds.
5. Damaged/Defective Items
- Provide photos as proof for replacements/refunds.
